  • Location: Texas focus, with strong preference for Denton & DFW Metroplex.
  • Lease Structure: NNN (triple net) leases are highly preferred.

Submission Requirements

Please provide a Confidential Information Memorandum (CIM) including:

  1. Verified T-12 Financials & current Rent Roll.
  2. Lease abstracts for all major tenants.
  3. Recent property photos and site plan.
  4. Available third-party reports (Environmental, Survey, etc.).
