- ✓ Location: Texas focus, with strong preference for Denton & DFW Metroplex.
- ✓ Lease Structure: NNN (triple net) leases are highly preferred.
Submission Requirements
Please provide a Confidential Information Memorandum (CIM) including:
- Verified T-12 Financials & current Rent Roll.
- Lease abstracts for all major tenants.
- Recent property photos and site plan.
- Available third-party reports (Environmental, Survey, etc.).
Our subcommittee will review and issue an LOI within 14 business days if aligned.
